- Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered.
- Customer approval will be obtained before performing additional repairs whenever reasonably possible.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle information
- Ensure safe access to the vehicle
- Remove valuable personal belongings from the vehicle
- Be authorized to approve repairs on the vehicle
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to suspend future services for unpaid balances.
6. Parts and Warranty
Parts may be supplied by us or provided by the customer.
Warranty coverage, if offered, will be communicated separately and may not apply to customer-supplied parts.
Normal wear, misuse, accidents, and unrelated vehicle failures are not covered under any service warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions or failures unrelated to the performed service.
8. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, parts availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations.
